Making a Gift to LHCH Charity in Your Will A gift in your will, no matter how small, can make a life-changing difference for those living with heart and lung disease. Why it's important to make a will. The shocking statistics are that nearly half of those aged between 55 and 64 in the UK do not have a will. Take a look to see our five good reasons as to why making a will is absolutely crucial: Make sure your wishes are followed Make it easier on friends and family Help to minimise Inheritance tax Protect your partners rights if you are in a civil partnership Give your assets to the people and causes you most love. So, for those of you yet to make a will we have formed a partnership with Accord Legal Services* who will draw up your will for you absolutely free! Not only that but they have also very kindly offered to review your existing will free of charge to see if you need to update or change it! There is no obligation to leave a bequest to LHCH Charity - although obviously we would be delighted if you did think of us when deciding on what to do with your assets. All you need to do is contact Accord and they will take it from there.
