Every year over 2,000 people undergo open heart surgery at LHCH. Our specialist skills means that many of them are in the high-risk category and need very close monitoring. ​ This year's Christmas Campaign is aiming to raise funds to purchase state of the art monitoring equipment which provides continuous real time information for our most poorly patients. ​ Supporting our campaign is Laura, who at only 31 years of age was given life-saving surgery at the hospital and is now looking forward to a long and healthy life.
