It’s hard when we lose someone special but you can remember them with a gift to the LHCH Charity and help us move closer to the day when heart and lung disease are a thing of the past. There are a number of ways in which you can do this.
A gift instead of flowers
You might wish to organise a collection at the funeral of your loved one instead of flowers. You can speak to your Funeral Director about this when making the arrangements. Please let them know that any cheques should be made payable to LHCH Charity.

Donate in memory
If you would like to make a donation in memory of a loved one you use the form below and click the button to make your gift.
Create a lasting memory
You can also make a lasting tribute to them by setting up your own Butterfly Tribute Page. It’s really easy to do, only takes a few minutes and you can tell all your friends and family about it and they can leave messages, share photos and videos - helping to keep those cherished memories alive.
Every Tribute that reaches over £100 will also have a leaf engraved with your personal chosen message which will be set on one of the Trees in Orchard Way which is situated on the main corridor opposite our Pharmacy.
