You may remember Charlotte Wigfield from a couple of months ago, when her and her family got involved and supported LHCH Charity by taking part in the 2.6 Challenge!
Charlotte had initially been training for the Chester Half Marathon, but due to COVID 19, this event was then cancelled. This hasn't stopped Charlotte and she decided to the event herself at home.
She said "I signed up to run the Chester Half Marathon on May 17th to say thank you and to raise money for the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. My Dad had heart surgery there in November last year and has had the most amazing care from them since. The Half Marathon was obviously cancelled so I’m running it from home instead on July 26th which is my Dad’s birthday!"
