After we cared for her dad, Charlotte decided to give something back!
Charlotte was meant to take part in the Chester Half Marathon earlier this year, before COVID 19 thwarted her efforts! Not one to be deterred, Charlotte decided that to keep herself going until the event is re-scheduled she would take part in the national 2.6 Challenge and support LHCH Charity.
Not only that she decided to get her whole family involved:
Charlotte ran 6 miles
Mike cycled 2 x 6 miles
Jack cycled 26 laps of the island on our road
Olivia ate 2 Yorkshire puddings!!
RESULT
So far the wonderful Wigfields have raised £86 for LHCH Charity and it just shows that even in these difficult times, everyone will come together to support our wonderful NHS!
