Steve decided to support Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital Charity by taking part in the Liverpool Half Marathon this year after we saved his wife’s life.
Steve said: “Despite being quite healthy, my wife suffered a serious heart attack March 2019.
Fortunately, she wasn't alone and is only alive due to the rapid intervention of the people around her who knew what to do to. She was taken to LHCH and straight into emergency surgery where, thanks to their skill, she survived and is thriving today.”
We cannot thank Steve enough for all that he has done for us and for the impressive £370 that he raised from his sponsorship.
