After undergoing triple heart bypass surgery in 2021, former LHCH patient Stephen, decided that his surgery wasn't going to hold back his passion for fitness. As part of working his way back to full health he decided to set himself the daunting challenge of the Ribby Hall Triathlon in 2023.
