Harriet Hill, a sales and marketing intern at Intel Cheshire is supporting LHCH Charity by running the Bath Half Marathon on 29th May in member of her dear friend John Nesbitt who passed away at only 18 years of age from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS).
Harriet said: "I wanted to do something in John's memory and a half marathon is a real challenge for me as I could barely run a mile before I started training - now I am up to 6 miles comfortably so I am very pleased that the training is paying off!
Harriet is hoping to raise £500 for LHCH Charity and goes on to say: "LHCH is an amazing hospital, helping people with such very rare conditions like John as well as supporting their family and friends through the tough experiences that they have to endure - something I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for."
