This year we’ve been chosen as the Charity of the Year for the wonderful Lunt’s Heath Primary School in Widnes. Nominated following the care of the wonderful five year old Jude's grandad at LHCH, the brilliant Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 took on the challenge of a Skipathon on the 26th October.
Throughout the day, each class participated in their Skipathon, showing off their amazing repertoire of jumping rope skills, working together with their friends and challenging themselves to do the most skipping they could do. Our mini supporters absolutely loved the day and managed to raise an amazing £2,666.
We can’t wait to see what other challenges these mini superstars will be taking on throughout the next school year and we'll be cheering them on every step of the way.
Well done you wonderful little troopers, now time to enjoy the festive season and make way for Father Chrsitmas. :)
