The Christmas I thought I'd never see Donate now Help us save lives this Christmas To make your donation just click the donate button to help us help even more families be together not just for this Christmas but for many Christmas's to come. Every year over 2,000 people undergo open heart surgery at LHCH. Our specialist skills means that many of them are in the high-risk category and need very close monitoring. This year's Christmas Campaign is aiming to raise funds to purchase state of the art monitoring equipment which provides continuous real time information for our most poorly patients. Supporting our campaign is Laura, who at only 31 years of age was given life-saving surgery at the hospital and is now looking forward to a long and healthy life. Last year our lottery proceeds were £16,000 of that 50% was spent on helping our patients and their families, 40% on prizes and 10% on administration.
