Can you imagine being a young person who has grown up with congenital heart disease?   You might have already missed out on many of the experiences of your friends, you would have had to watch your health, you might not have been able to participate in sports at school or gone dancing or to music events.

It is estimated that there are more than 25,000 young people in the North West who are living with Adult Congenital Heart Disease (having been born with a heart defect) and more than 10% of those are living with complex heart problems that need specialist help and advice.   Our ACHD clinic operates 24 hours a day 7 days per week giving help and advice to young people from across the whole of the North West Region.

Will you help us provide the best medical care and reassurance for these young people by donating to our campaign?
